‘An extraordinary laboratory’ is how laundries and their effluent, laden with a wide array of pollutants, are described.

In response, Treewater has patented its RECYCLO technology, which recycles up to 90% of laundry wastewater.

The RECYCLO process combines UV radiation with hydrogen peroxide to consume the organic pollutants present in the effluent without creating by-products to be recycled.

Marc-Emmanuel Bouchard, head of Treewater, was the guest on "Planète locale", BFM Lyon's programme highlighting local sustainable innovations, to present Treewater's innovative technologies and their growth potential.
